Above all, she enjoys walking her dog Paulchen who accompanies her when she collects fresh eggs from our free-range hens for our guests’ breakfast.
Johanna Maier
Ambitious and charming – her life motto:
„My sense for pleasure and attention to detail emerged
from dedication!“
She is devoted to her job. Regardless of whether she recommends a good wine or serves an amuse-bouche, she always gives our guests a charming and friendly welcome. She is in her element on her daily walks in search of meadow flowers in summer and branches and twigs in winter to decorate our hotel. Even as a child, this was always important to her.
Katharina Maier
A Diligent and competent handywoman – her life motto:
“Choose a job you love, and you will never have
to work a day in your life“ (Confucius)
You can find her in all corners of the Hotel. With her friendly and cheerful manner she inspires not only colleagues but also our guests. She particularly enjoys supporting her father in the kitchen by tasting new creations. Her latest challenge is bringing our in-house bakery to life.
Paulchen
Laid back and stubborn – his life motto:

When Paulchen is out walking his hearing is definitely selective!! Despite his headstrong and obstinate character we adore him!
